1. Definitions:
1.1- ‘Sales Agreement’ means that when you order and fill the form of sell and then
you press the checkout bottom, and we receive it. That mean us and you did agreement.
1.2- ‘Seller’ means the company or individual selling the product to the buyer.
1.3- ‘Buyer’ means the company or individual who purchasing the products from the seller store.
1.4- ‘Product’ means the goods or services provided by the seller to the buyer as descripted in the sales agreement.

2. Agreement:
2.1- These terms and conditions apply to all sales of products by the seller to the buyer and shall
prevail over any conflicting terms proposed by the buyer, unless expressly agreed in writing by the seller.

3. Pricing and payment:
3.1- The price of the product shall be as stated in the sales agreement.
3.2- Payment shall be made by the buyer upon receive the product.

4. Delivery:
4.1- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The seller will make reasonable efforts to meet the
specified delivery date.

5. Liability:
5.1- The seller’s total liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the sale of products
shall be limited to the price of the products.
